Senior Java Developer - Spring Boot / Microservices Architecture

Role Summary :

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Java Developer to join our team in Noida. In this role you will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable backend systems, contributing to architectural decisions, mentoring mid-level and junior engineers, and working closely with product, QA and DevOps teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design, develop and maintain robust, scalable, high-performance Java applications, services and APIs.
• Participate in full-lifecycle software development : requirements gathering, design, development, testing (unit / integration), deployment and maintenance.
• Work on microservices architecture, RESTful APIs, and distributed systems.
• Mentor and coach junior / mid-level developers; conduct code reviews, define coding standards and best practices.
• Optimize application performance, troubleshoot production issues, identify bottlenecks and suggest improvements.
• Liaise with cross-functional teams (product, QA, UX, DevOps) to ensure timely and quality delivery of features and modules.
• Stay up-to-date on emerging Java, backend, cloud and microservices technologies; recommend and implement improvements.
• Contribute to architecture / design discussions and drive adoption of best practices in software engineering.
