The role involves addressing technical and non-technical issues, troubleshooting user queries and ensuring timely resolutions. This role demands excellent communication, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities :

Answer inbound calls from users seeking technical support or assistance with service-related issues.

Provide effective, clear, and professional communication

Manage multiple calls simultaneously and maintain a high level of service quality.

Provide step-by-step guidance to users on troubleshooting methods

Educational Qualification :

ITI / Diploma / B.Tech in Electronics / Electrical

A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, or a related field (BCA)
