Job descriptionDedicated for getting approvals from all the Government Departments in order to complete the Project, time being the essence of the Project. This includes for the ongoing Projects. The liaison part includes handling of various Departments viz; MMRDA which is the Planning Authority, various departments in Kalyan Dombivli Municipal Corporation, Thane Municipal Corporation, Revenue (Collector), Railways, MHADA etc. Also other Government Departments in Mantralaya like Urban Development Dept, MSRDC , BMC. Approvals from Electricity department i.e. MSEDCL, MIDC for Water supply, Pollution Control Board, MoEF, CFO. Coordinating with Design Team including giving inputs on approval aspects & co-ordinating with the Planning Architects Giving a Project report in terms of working of FSI, zoning and other parameters to enable the Business Development team to ascertain a particular Land Acquisition falling under MMRDA identified for proposed acquisition Handling matters with Legal Team related to disputes with the land owners.
