Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced HR Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end HR and administrative operations, ensuring smooth coordination across departments and maintaining compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage the full recruitment cycle — sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Handle payroll processing, attendance, and leave management accurately.
- Oversee statutory compliance including PF, ESI, and related documentation.
- Maintain employee records and HR databases with attention to detail.
- Coordinate employee engagement initiatives and grievance handling.
- Generate HR reports using Excel (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, formulas, etc.)
- Collaborate with management to support organizational growth and efficiency.
- Manage day-to-day administrative functions as required.
Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.2–5 years of experience in HR and administrative roles.Strong working knowledge of Excel and HR software tools.Excellent communication skills in English and Tamil; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.Well-organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple responsibilities independently.Requirements
