Job descriptionPrepare compliance reports (routine and ad hoc), including coordination for data, drafting responses, tracking registers, and maintaining communication records Conduct regular compliance monitoring and reviews Ensure adherence to anti-money laundering (AML), outsourcing norms, and rural / social sector obligations Review and approve marketing advertisements for compliance with regulatory norms Implement and track regulatory updates across functions Analyze industry penalty orders and compare findings with internal practices Prepare documentation for Board meetings related to compliance matters Liaise with regulatory authorities and manage interactions Manage audits and inspections (internal, external, statutory, regulatory) Draft responses to show-cause notices and regulatory communications Provide advisory on both sales and non-sales related regulatory matters Draft and review commercial and regulatory agreements
