Who We’re Looking For :

3+ years of experience teaching English (ELA, Debate, Public Speaking, Writing)

Background in IB curriculum (preferred) or expertise in US Common Core Standards (CCSS)

Strong command of grammar, writing, and critical thinking skills

Engaging and interactive teaching style that encourages student participation

Prior experience working with international students is a plus

Preferred : North American / neutral accent.

Roles & Responsibilities :

Conduct interactive, discussion-based online classes in ELA, Debate, and Public Speaking

Guide students in critical reading, persuasive writing, and effective communication

Encourage structured arguments, public speaking confidence, and logical reasoning

Track and report student progress with actionable feedback

Selection Process :

1. Shortlisted candidates will have an assessment call

2. Complete a teaching assignment

3. Final demo class round
