Senior Zoho Analytics Consultant

Job Summary :

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Senior Zoho Analytics Consultant with 4+ years of hands-on experience in building dynamic dashboards, managing data integrations, and performing advanced data analysis using Zoho Analytics. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SQL, data visualization, reporting, and analytics administration. This role is key to driving business intelligence and enabling data-driven decisions.

Key Responsibilities :

Data Visualization & Reporting

  • Create custom reports and interactive dashboards tailored to business requirements
  • Design visualizations using widgets such as charts, tables, and pivot tables
  • Track KPIs and generate actionable insights for stakeholders

Data Import & Integration

  • Integrate data from Zoho CRM, Google Analytics, MySQL, CSV files, and other external sources
  • Set up and manage scheduled data synchronization for consistent reporting

    • SQL & Data Transformation

  • Write and optimize basic to advanced SQL queries for custom data transformation
  • Perform data cleaning, filtering, and joining operations for accurate reporting

    • Advanced Analytics

  • Conduct trend analysis and forecasting using historical data
  • Apply statistical functions such as regression analysis to uncover patterns and insights

    • Sharing & Collaboration

  • Share reports and dashboards with appropriate permission settings
  • Embed or publish reports for use in internal portals and client-facing environments

    • Zoho Analytics Administration

  • Manage users, roles, and access controls within the Zoho Analytics platform
  • Configure workspaces and data storage for optimal performance and organization

    • Required Skills & Qualifications :

  • 4+ years of experience working with Zoho Analytics
  • Strong proficiency in SQL and data transformation techniques
  • Hands-on experience with data visualization and report building
  • Familiarity with integrating data from multiple sources, especially Zoho CRM
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Experience managing user roles and dashboard sharing in a collaborative environment
