• Key Responsibilities : Lead daily production activities, shift planning & manpower allocation Oversee assembly & packaging of pharma-grade filters Ensure

cGMP, cleanroom, and EHS compliance Monitor equipment, coordinate preventive maintenance Collaborate with QA, Stores, Planning, Dispatch & Maintenance Maintain documentation, production reports & audit readiness Train and supervise team on SOPs and quality protocols Identify process improvements and ensure

OTIF & minimal downtime Handle real-time issue resolution & floor-level decision-making Qualifications & Skills : Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech

Mechanical, Production, or Industrial Engineering 4–5 years of production supervision (preferably in pharma / cleanroom environment) Knowledge of

ISO, GMP, lean manufacturing, and safety practices Skilled in
