Job description

Overall 3-5 yrs of Technology experience (Java / HTML / JavaScript)

At least 6 months to 1 year of Zendesk Implementation Experience on any of Zendesk Product

Good exposure with at least 1 or more Cloud solutions such as - Zendesk / FreshDesk / ServiceNow

Ability to visualize business-use cases and give a customized product demo

Good communications and Listening skills.
