Hiring : Accounts Executive – THE BARBEQUE LOUNGE | Chennai (OMR)

At The Barbeque Lounge, we’re passionate about creating unforgettable dining experiences that blend great food, good times, and warm hospitality. We’re looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Executive to join our team and oversee the financial operations of our restaurant and resto bar.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate day-to-day accounting records, including journal entries, ledgers, and reconciliations.
• Handle accounts payable and receivable, vendor payments, and petty cash management.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports (sales summary, expense tracking, P&L statements).
• Coordinate with management for budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
• Ensure GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances are filed on time.
• Manage payroll and staff expense reimbursements.
• Liaise with auditors, banks, and suppliers when required.
• Monitor inventory, food costs, and bar stock accounting in coordination with the operations team.
• Support the management with financial analysis for decision-making.
