Role Summary : As a Salesforce Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the organisation's Salesforce implementation and marketing efforts, integration with Marketing Cloud and Sales Cloud and providing technical support to users.
Responsibilities :
1) Salesforce Administration :
- Manage user accounts, roles, and profiles.
- Configure and maintain Salesforce settings, including custom objects, fields, and layouts.
- Troubleshoot and resolve Salesforce-related issues.
2) Marketing Cloud and Sales Cloud Integration :
Integrate Salesforce with Marketing Cloud and Sales Cloud to enable seamless data flow and automation.Configure and manage Cloud journeys, email templates, and landing pages.Assist with data segmentation, personalisation, and campaign management.3) Develop and implement workflows, approvals, and automation rules to streamline processes.
4) Create custom reports and dashboards to provide valuable insights.
5) Provide training and support to end-users on Salesforce, Marketing Cloud features, and best practices.
