Job description

Role Summary : As a Salesforce Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the organisation's Salesforce implementation and marketing efforts, integration with Marketing Cloud and Sales Cloud and providing technical support to users.

Responsibilities :

1) Salesforce Administration :

  • Manage user accounts, roles, and profiles.
  • Configure and maintain Salesforce settings, including custom objects, fields, and layouts.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve Salesforce-related issues.

2) Marketing Cloud and Sales Cloud Integration :

  • Integrate Salesforce with Marketing Cloud and Sales Cloud to enable seamless data flow and automation.
  • Configure and manage Cloud journeys, email templates, and landing pages.
  • Assist with data segmentation, personalisation, and campaign management.
  • 3) Develop and implement workflows, approvals, and automation rules to streamline processes.

    4) Create custom reports and dashboards to provide valuable insights.

    5) Provide training and support to end-users on Salesforce, Marketing Cloud features, and best practices.

    Key Skills :

  • Expertise in Salesforce configuration, customization, and integration.
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Qualification :

  • A bachelor's degree in computer science would be advantageous.
  • 5-7 years of experience as a Salesforce administrator in a similar environment
  • Certification in Salesforce administration
