Position : Sourcing Specialist (French Speaking)
Location : Chennai
Experience : 0-4 Years
Employment Type : Contract
Work Schedule : Monday to Friday | 6 : 30 PM – 3 : 30 AM IST
We are looking for a Sourcer to join our Canada Talent Acquisition team. The ideal candidate should be proficient in speaking and reading French, with a passion for recruitment and talent engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve staffing objectives by identifying and sourcing the right candidates for open and critical roles.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure hiring goals are met.
- Screen candidates based on eligibility criteria and assist them through the registration process on the TCS Careers portal.
- Evaluate applicants by discussing job requirements and qualifications with hiring managers.
- Source potential candidates through databases, internal systems, social media, and employee referral programs.
- Advertise job openings across career pages, job boards, and social media platforms to attract suitable talent.
