External Communication and Brand Management
Promotional Campaigns : Planning and executing PR and marketing initiatives to promote the hospital’s Ayurvedic treatments and services such as Panchakarma, Yoga, and Diet Counseling, as well as highlighting achievements and health camps.
Community Outreach : Establishing and maintaining positive relationships with the local community to enhance the hospital’s public image.
Stakeholder Liaison : Building and maintaining effective communication with external agencies, government health departments (including AYUSH bodies), referring doctors, and potential partners.
2 .Patient and Internal Relations
Patient Assistance : Supporting patients and their families with non-clinical queries, concerns, and complaints; guiding them through admission, treatment, and discharge processes to ensure a smooth and satisfactory experience.
Information Flow : Facilitating effective communication within the hospital and between medical professionals and patients to ensure clarity and transparency.
Patient Education : Preparing educational materials and providing information to patients regarding health conditions, lifestyle changes, and the benefits and procedures of Ayurvedic treatments.
