Job Purpose :
The Digital Webmaster role is responsible for the oversight and management of our digital web properties including multiple websites, marketing sales platform, an intranet and has input on our SharePoint CMS systems and CRM.
We are seeking an individual who will interact regularly with leaders in the Marketing, Product, and Brand teams to manage our internal and public-facing digital properties. The candidate should have comprehensive knowledge that combines technical expertise, design sensibility, and content strategy.
Additionally, the candidate should have experience managing CMS platforms, integrating with Salesforce, and using HubSpot to drive engagement and lead generation.
Essential Functions :
- Day-to-day management, oversight and operations for of all internal and external websites
- Add or make content changes as provided by Marketing, Product, or Brand Teams in a timely manner and be proactive in making improvement recommendations
- Implement and adhere to our brand standards across multiple platforms
- Update service components, core software and plugin versions for security and stability
- Troubleshoot website issues and improve performance and availability
- Maintain a good understanding of best practices as it pertains to the technology deployed and under your management
- Attention to detail is critical in this role both from a functional and design perspective but also ensure copy is appropriate and correct
- Possess a comprehensive understanding of the global standards for web accessibility, which are primarily derived from guidelines established by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C) through its Web Accessibility Initiative (WAI).

Four years of college resulting in a Bachelor’s degree or equivalentCertifications, Accreditations, Licenses
