The opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Organizational Change Management Specialist to lead and support change initiatives across the organization. The ideal candidate will have 5 years of experience in change management strong communication skills and the ability to develop and implement change management strategies. You will be responsible for conducting change and stakeholder assessments collaborating with communications and learning specialists to develop an end-to-end change management approach and monitor the progress of change initiatives to ensure successful transitions.

Your key responsibilities

• Create and execute plans that apply change management principles to manage the human aspects of Mercury changes including but not limited to New Mercury Solutions Functional Releases and Technical System Upgrades.
• Work closely with the Mercury functional and technical teams to identify and assess changes that may impact Mercury users and develop appropriate mitigation plans.
• Identify and engage with key stakeholders at all levels of the organization to ensure their buy-in and support.
• Collaborate with Communications and Learning Specialists to incorporate their approaches into the overall change management plan.
• Track the progress of change initiatives measure their effectiveness and make adjustments as needed.
• Provide regular updates to senior management on the progress of change initiatives and gather feedback to identify areas for improvement.
• Identify and address potential resistance to change develop strategies to overcome obstacles and ensure smooth transitions. Escalate issues to MST User adoption leadership as needed.
• Provide guidance and support to employees and managers throughout the change process.
• Monitor the change management scope of work and initiatives to ensure activities are occurring as planned including scope budget and schedule.
• Work with MST leadership to drive progress on key process improvement and change management initiatives.
• Ensure alignment with organizational and business strategic objectives.
