Position-Head of Inside Sales

Experience-10 to 12 Years

Location-Noida sector 62

Immediate Joiners Only

Interview Mode-F2F

Budget- 15 to 20 LPA

Roles and Responsibilities :

What We Expect From You :

A sales leader who is strong in execution with proven experience in selling B2b solutions and managing large sales team. Should be a high achiever with a proven track record. You should be excellent in analytical / reasoning

Job Description :

  • You will be required to Set up a sales process in place to monitor effort, effectiveness and results. Work with Hr team to make sure required no of sales resources are In place.
  • Mentor and train the sales team to make sure, they sell the solutions to the prospective customers.
  • Work with branch managers, to make sure the revenue targets are met.
  • Work with marketing team to generate leads of the prospective customers.
  • Conduct daily huddles with the Branch Managers and Sales Team members to discuss the day plan and numbers to be achieved.

    • Skill Set- :

  • You should be excellent in analytical / reasoning skills; good team player.
  • What We Would Also Like : MBA from a reputed collage, with excellent team management skills,
