Food Supervisor / Senior Supervisor – Procurement (Hospitality Industry) - Delhi

We are seeking a proactive and experienced  Food Procurement Supervisor / Sr. Supervisor  to manage end-to-end procurement of food and beverage items. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of  staples, perishables, dairy, groceries (imported & local), meat, and poultry , with proven expertise in vendor management, cost optimization, and compliance with food safety regulations.

Core Responsibilities

1. Procurement & Coordination

• Source, evaluate, and purchase  perishable and non-perishable food items , beverages, and kitchen consumables based on requisitions.
• Obtain and compare quotations from multiple suppliers and prepare comparative statements.
• Create and track  Purchase Orders  in the ERP system to ensure timely delivery.
• Coordinate closely with  Executive Chefs  and  F&B Managers  to ensure correct quality, quantity, and specifications.
• Manage procurement of imported and specialty ingredients as per menu and seasonal needs.
