Job Description : Graphic Designer – Branding Team

Location : Bangalore (Domlur Flyover, Carlton Towers)

Experience Required : 2-7 years

About the Role

We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer who can bring ideas and brand stories to life visually across digital, print, and campaign platforms. The ideal candidate is someone who combines strong aesthetic sense with storytelling ability and technical expertise in design tools.

Requirements

2–3 years of experience as a Graphic Designer (agency or brand side).
Strong portfolio demonstrating work in both digital and print media, including UI / UX projects.
Proficiency in design tools :
Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
UI / UX tools (Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch)
Canva or equivalent platforms
Excellent understanding of design principles — composition, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
Ability to adapt designs for diverse brand narratives and platforms.
Experience with basic animations, reels, or motion graphics is a plus.
Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a creative mindset

Key Responsibilities

Creative Design : Develop engaging static and motion graphics for social media, websites, campaigns, ads, and emailers.

Brand Identity : Maintain and evolve the visual language to ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints.

Campaign Support : Conceptualize and design assets for marketing campaigns, product launches, and events.

Collaboration : Work closely with content, marketing, and social media teams to transform ideas into impactful visuals.

Storytelling : Design infographics, illustrations, and visuals that simplify complex ideas and connect with audiences.

Production : Prepare and deliver high-quality design files across multiple platforms within timelines.

UI / Web Design : Create visually appealing, user-friendly interfaces for websites, landing pages, and digital experiences.
