Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role of Front Office Receptionist located in Karjat. The Front Office Receptionist will be responsible for managing phone calls, performing receptionist duties, handling front office operations, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining effective communication with guests and team members.

• Proficiency in Phone Etiquette and performing Receptionist Duties
• Experience in Front Office operations
• Strong Customer Service skills
• Excellent Communication skills
• Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently
• Friendly, approachable demeanor with a professional attitude
• Previous experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent
