About the Role :

We are looking for a Fullstack Engineer Lead to take ownership of the end-to-end development of our AI-driven agent product. You will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable backend and frontend systems, ensuring smooth interactions between AI models, data pipelines, and user interfaces.

Responsibilities :

• Architect, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Golang, Node.js, or Python.
• Build and optimize modern, responsive frontend applications using React and TypeScript.
• Design and implement real-time, event-driven architectures for AI-driven interactions.
• Work with WebSockets, gRPC, and GraphQL for efficient data transmission.
• Ensure seamless API integration between frontend, backend, and AI services.
• Optimize database performance (MongoDB, Redis, or similar).
• Lead and mentor a team of full stack engineers, setting best practices and code standards.
• Collaborate closely with AI / ML engineers, product managers, and designers to enhance user experience.
• Ensure scalability, security, and performance of the application.
• Drive continuous improvements through code reviews, testing, and automation.
