Job Title : Salesforce Developer (LOS)Experience : 5+ YearsWork Mode : Remote-IndiaJob SummaryWe are hiring an experienced Salesforce Developer with strong LOS (Loan Origination System) experience to support critical platform development. The ideal candidate has strong hands-on Apex / LWC skills and can deliver high-quality features under tight timelines.Key ResponsibilitiesSalesforce DevelopmentDevelop, customize, and enhance Salesforce applications using Apex, LWC, Triggers, Flows, Visualforce .Build and support LOS-related modules, integrations, and workflows.Implement LOS logic, underwriting flows, document workflows, and case / orchestration logic.Technical OwnershipParticipate in requirement analysis, technical design, and solution discussions.Ensure code quality, performance, and adherence to Salesforce best practices.Collaborate with QA, Architects, and Product stakeholders for delivery.Delivery & Problem SolvingDeliver features in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.Diagnose production issues quickly and provide resolutions.Optimize LOS automations, custom objects, and data models.CollaborationWork closely with onshore / offshore teams and cross-functional teams.Participate in Agile ceremonies — daily standups, sprint planning, grooming.Required Skills5+ years of Salesforce development experience.Strong hands-on experience in : Apex Classes, Triggers, Batch ApexLightning Web Components (LWC)Flows, SOQL / SOSL, REST APIsMandatory experience in LOS (Loan Origination System) —any banking / fintech LOS.Strong problem-solving, debugging, and delivery skills.Ability to work under stringent timelines.Good to HaveExperience in : Financial Services Cloud (FSC)OmniStudioSalesforce Integrations (Mulesoft, Kafka, REST / SOAP)Salesforce Certifications : PD1 , PD2 , Admin , Platform App Builder
