SAP EWM Technical Specialist

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) Technical Consultant with over 6 years of hands-on experience in EWM development, integration, and support. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in SAP EWM and ABAP, combined with a solid understanding of warehouse processes, system configurations, and business process optimization.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement custom enhancements, interfaces, and reports in SAP EWM using ABAP, RF Framework, BOPF, and CDS Views .
• Collaborate with functional teams to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Develop and maintain EWM-specific objects (queue management, warehouse tasks, warehouse orders, RF screens, PPF actions, etc.).
• Support integration with SAP ERP (ECC / S4HANA) and external systems via IDocs, RFCs, and Web Services .
• Perform system configuration, debugging, performance tuning, and issue resolution in EWM modules.
• Work on EWM-MFS (Material Flow System) integration and automation, if applicable.
• Participate in EWM upgrades, migrations, and S / 4HANA transition projects .
• Conduct unit testing, technical documentation, and user training .
• Provide production support and root cause analysis for incidents and change requests.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile / DevOps environment to ensure timely delivery and quality outcomes.
