The QlikSense Administrator is responsible for support and maintenance of Qlik environments across OnPrem and / or GCP platforms. This role involves handling incidents, performing root cause analysis, implementing changes, and ensuring Qlik Platform performance, security, and availability in a 24x7 environment.
Responsibilities :
- QlikSense Administration (including Qlik Management Console / QMC)
- Expertise in Windows, Linux, and Cloud Administration
- Good Communication and Interpretation Skills
- Experience with infra automation and configuration management tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible, Jenkins, batch scripting)
- Troubleshooting and resolving OS, application, and networking issues
- User and security management in Qlik
- Upgrades, patches, Disaster Recovery and environment monitoring for Qlik
- Knowledge of LDAP authentication and SSL implementation
- Managing data connections, extensions, and scheduling (Nprinting)
- Good understanding of Data warehousing concepts and should have experience with Business Intelligence projects
- GCP / AWS skills (preferred)
- Understanding of ITIL processes : Incident, Change, and Problem Management.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work in 24x7 support with on-call rotation.
