Key Responsibilities :

• Draft, edit, and maintain top-notch API documentation and developer guides.
• Collaborate with our engineering and product teams to extract key functionalities for documentation.
• Ensure all developer documents are up-to-date with the latest software releases.
• Incorporate code samples, diagrams, and multimedia elements for enhanced clarity.
• Obtain feedback from internal and external developer communities to refine documentation processes.
• Help reduce the contact volume by helping customers self-serve their information needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure clarity, accuracy, and consistency across all documentation.
• Stay updated with product changes to ensure all documentation is current.
• Curate content and develop strategies to provide a unified experience to users.
