Key Responsibilities :
Creative Concept Development :
- Ideate and develop concepts for radio shows, segments, promos, and marketing campaigns.
- Translate briefs into original, audience-relevant ideas and scripts.
- Collaborate with RJs, producers, sound designers, and marketing teams to bring concepts to life.
Scriptwriting & Storytelling :
Write compelling scripts for daily radio content, station imaging, show promos, and branded content.Ensure content is fresh, engaging, and aligned with station branding and listener demographics.Maintain a consistent storytelling tone that resonates with the target audience.Brand & Client Campaigns :
Conceptualize creative solutions for client briefs, including branded content, integrations, and on-air contests.Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to pitch and execute client-driven ideas.Adapt brand messaging to the radio medium in a way that is both entertaining and effective.Innovation & Research :
Stay updated on radio and digital audio trends, pop culture, and audience preferences.Regularly brainstorm new formats, content strategies, and listener engagement ideas.Experiment with audio storytelling techniques, voice, sound, and format.Key Skills & Competencies :
Strong creative thinking and ideation skills.Excellent command of language (English / Hindi / Regional, as per station).Scriptwriting expertise, especially for audio.Understanding of radio audience behavior and programming.Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.Team player with strong interpersonal skills.Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication, Media, Advertising, or related field.2–5 years of experience in radio, advertising, or audio content creation (can vary based on role level).Portfolio of creative work (scripts, audio links, campaign samples) is often required.Skills Required
