Appian Business Analyst

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document functional and non-functional requirements.
• Translate business needs into detailed user stories, process flows, and Appian application requirements.
• Work closely with Appian developers to ensure accurate implementation of business requirements.
• Conduct gap analysis and propose effective solutions using Appian BPM platform.
• Facilitate workshops, sprint planning, and review sessions with cross-functional teams.
• Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) by preparing test cases and assisting users during testing.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with organizational standards and best practices in business analysis and Appian development.
