Marsh India Insurance Brokers Private Ltd, India is seeking candidates for the following position based in the Mumbai office :

Vice President – Operations

What can you expect?

  • Lead the conceptualization to implementation of modernization projects for medical insurance business with focus on key initiatives such as centralization of operations processes
  • Work closely with operations managers to gain buy-in for proposed changes by articulating benefits, adopting change management principles
  • Create transition plans and maintain complete transition documentation to capture and deliver process performance and success criteria.
  • Provide complete transparency and visibility to the senior leadership on the project progress with risks / issues / challenges being highlighted timely.
  • Follow the organization’s transition, project management methodology to successfully transition projects with agreed scope, timelines and quality.
  • Work closely with senior stakeholders across the organization to drive transitions, projects & change across the organization.
  • Ensure high stakeholder management with BAU operations, technology and business teams throughout the various transition stages

    • What you need to have :

  • Graduation / Post-Graduation
  • PMP / PRINCE2 certification (preferred)
  • 10 to 14 years of experience in leading BAU operations with exposure to projects

    • OR

  • 10 to 14 years of experience in leading Project management within Insurance / Financial Services sector
  • Strong project management skills and proven track record of delivering to deadlines.
  • Experience working with global stakeholders and cultures.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, negotiation and coaching skills
  • Proficient in MS Office and PowerPoint
