ServiceNow HRSD Developer

Description Overview :

We are seeking two experienced ServiceNow HRSD Developer / Administrators. These individuals will primarily support Human Resources Service Delivery (HRSD) initiatives, with flexibility to assist in ITSM, CMDB, and other ServiceNow modules during emergencies or when bandwidth allows.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow HRSD workflows, forms, and integrations.
• Configure and customize HRSD modules including Case and Knowledge Management, Employee Service Center, Lifecycle Events, and HR integrations.
• Collaborate with HR stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Ensure platform stability, performance, and compliance with best practices.
• Provide occasional support for ITSM, CMDB, and other ServiceNow modules as needed.
• Participate in platform upgrades, patching, and performance tuning.
• Document technical specifications, configurations, and procedures.

Work Environment role with remote collaboration across global teams. Must be available during overlapping hours with U.S. Eastern Time Zone for meetings and coordination.
