Job description

Responsibilities :

  • Participate in the design, development, and maintenance of web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks and technologies.
  • Write clean, well-documented, and testable code.
  • Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to understand requirements and contribute to technical specifications.
  • Implement and maintain APIs and data models.
  • Assist in optimizing application performance and ensuring a positive user experience.
  • Participate in code reviews to learn and improve code quality.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in web development and actively seek opportunities to expand your knowledge.

Qualifications :

  • 6+ months of professional experience in JavaScript development (including internships or personal projects).
  • Familiarity with React or Next.js.
  • Understanding of component-based architecture and basic state management concepts.
  • Basic understanding of Node.js and experience with server-side frameworks like Hono / Express a plus.
  • Familiarity with relational databases, preferably PostgreSQL, including basic SQL concepts.
  • Exposure to cloud-based platforms, such as Firebase or Convex.
  • Understanding of RESTful API design and development.
  • Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Good communication and collaboration skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent experience).

  • Experience with TypeScript.
  • Experience with serverless architectures.
  • Experience with GraphQL.
  • Experience with CI / CD pipelines.
  • Contributions to open-source projects.
  • Active participation in online developer communities
