Job descriptionCoordinate and manage the complete sales cycle, ensuring timely follow-ups and order processing. Support sales executives in preparing quotations, proposals, invoices, and related documents. Update, monitor, and maintain customer data, leads, and sales activities in Zoho CRM . Act as a link between the Sales , Logistics , and Accounts teams to ensure on-time order delivery and customer satisfaction. Communicate with customers for order confirmations, payment updates, and dispatch details. Maintain accurate sales reports, dashboards, and performance tracking sheets. Identify process gaps and assist in improving sales coordination workflows for efficiency. Ensure all documentation, approvals, and reporting comply with company standards and timelines.

Experience : 1-5 Years
Ctc- upto 4.5 Lpa (Depends on interview)
Working Days- 6 days (Timings 10 : 00 AM To 6 : 30 PM)
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Coordinate and manage the complete sales cycle, ensuring timely follow-ups and order processing.
