Key Responsibilities :

• Act as a liaison between business users, partners, and the product / engineering teams to translate requirements into functional specifications.
• Drive requirement gathering, documentation, and validation for F&B manufacturing and ERP solutions.
• Analyze and document end-to-end business processes across the F&B setup to identify gaps, enhancements, and opportunities for automation.
• Evaluate the technical and functional feasibility of new features or process improvements.
• Work closely with customer and partner support teams to ensure effective communication and issue resolution.
• Participate in product reviews, UAT sessions, and ensure alignment of delivered solutions with business needs.
