Requirements

Job Responsibilities :

1.Train and fine-tune AI bots using internal tools and datasets.

2.Proficient in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

3.Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel for data handling and analysis.

4.Ability to train AI bots effectively and understand conversational flows.

5.Quick learner with a strong grasping ability for new tools and dashboards.

6.Work with tools like Jira for task tracking and Postman for testing.

7.Maintain and update training documentation and workflows.

8.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather training requirements and feedback.

9.Monitor bot performance and suggest improvements based on user interactions.

Requirements

Requirements :

• 4+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing, preferably in Conversational AI, Voice AI, or Enterprise Tech.
• Strong background in Demand Generation and pipeline contribution.
• Exposure to Product Marketing and Brand Strategy.
• Hands-on with CRM (HubSpot / Zoho), paid campaign tools, analytics platforms.
• Tech-savvy : Engineering + MBA preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership in managing cross-functional teams
