We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Marketing & Sales Executive (Export Business) to handle international clients, develop new markets, and manage export sales — all while working remotely. The ideal candidate will be responsible for business development, international communication, client handling, and achieving export targets through digital channels and direct marketing.
Key Responsibilities :
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in international markets.
- Generate and manage leads through online platforms, B2B portals (IndiaMART, Alibaba, TradeIndia, etc.), and digital marketing.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with overseas clients, distributors, and agents.
- Negotiate and finalize export contracts and pricing.
- Coordinate with the production, dispatch, and accounts team for order execution.
- Prepare and maintain export documentation (Invoice, LC, Bill of Lading, etc.).
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new regions and trends.
- Promote company products through email marketing, social media, and online campaigns.
- Prepare regular sales reports and achieve assigned monthly / quarterly targets.
Qualifications & Experience :
MBA / Graduate in Marketing, International Business, or related field.Minimum 1–3 years of experience in export sales & marketing (Chemicals / Essential Oils / Food / Fragrance / FMCG industry preferred).Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Good knowledge of international trade procedures and export documentation.Must be proficient in MS Office, CRM tools, and online B2B platforms.
