Job description

Job Summary : The HR Manager will be responsible for managing end-to-end HR functions for the real estate company, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee engagement, compliance, and HR operations. The role requires strong experience in hiring Sales, Site Teams, CRM, and other real estate-related roles. The HR Manager will ensure smooth workforce management aligned with organizational goals.

1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

  • Plan and execute recruitment strategy for sales, field executives, telecallers, CRM, admin, and project site staff.
  • Source candidates through portals, agencies, references, and campus drives.
  • Conduct interviews, shortlist profiles, and coordinate offers & joining.
  • Maintain a strong talent pipeline for urgent project-based hiring.

2. Onboarding & Induction

  • Manage joining formalities and documentation.
  • Conduct orientation sessions and ensure cultural alignment.
  • Assign reporting structure & coordinate with departments for smooth onboarding.

    • 3. Performance Management

  • Create and monitor KPIs / Targets for Sales & Marketing teams.
  • Track probation, appraisals, and retention plans.
  • Support managers in performance improvement processes.

    • 4. Employee Engagement & Culture Building

  • Resolve employee queries professionally and maintain positive work environment.
  • Organize training sessions, team activities, and motivational programs.
  • Conduct regular feedback meetings and exit interviews.

    • 5. Payroll & HR Operations

  • Maintain attendance, leave, and staff records.
  • Coordinate with Accounts team for payroll processing and reimbursements.
  • Manage salary structures, offer letters, and HR documentation.

  • Ensure adherence to HR policies, labor laws, and statutory compliance.
  • Maintain HR legal records & vendor / agency agreements where applicable.
