Role Overview

CBOSIT is looking for a visionary Director Client Success to lead both Sales and Delivery Excellence ensuring that every client partnership is a success story from discovery to managed services.

This leadership role sits at the intersection of business growth and operational delivery . The ideal candidate will bring proven experience in client acquisition tender / RFP management delivery governance and account leadership while fostering strong relationships built on trust and measurable outcomes.

You will lead CBOSITs Client Success charter driving growth ensuring delivery guardrails and building a world-class client experience engine.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

1. Client Success Leadership

Define and lead CBOSITs Client Success strategy aligning business growth delivery performance and client satisfaction.

Build a scalable client engagement model that covers Discovery Implementation Managed Services .

Establish governance structures account review rhythms and CSAT / NPS programs.

Represent the voice of the client in internal decision-making.

Drive adoption renewal and expansion of CBOSIT solutions within key accounts.

2. Sales & Business Development

Lead tender and RFP participation ensuring timely high-quality submissions.

Collaborate with Marketing and Pre-Sales to convert MQLs into active opportunities.

Drive business growth through outreach partnerships and strategic pursuits.

Develop account growth plans identifying cross-sell and upsell opportunities.

Maintain an active view of the sales pipeline revenue forecasts and account performance.

3. Delivery & Account Governance

Oversee the delivery lifecycle for key accounts ensuring adherence to CBOSIT Delivery Guardrails .

Partner with delivery teams to ensure project scope quality and profitability.

Build and institutionalize processes for project governance risk tracking and delivery quality.

Conduct periodic account and delivery reviews ensuring proactive escalation management.

Embed best practices in delivery frameworks tools and templates.

4. Team & Capability Building

Mentor and lead consultants account managers and delivery owners to build a client -first culture.

Collaborate with Practice Leads to ensure technical and delivery readiness for client engagements.

Foster a high-performance transparent and collaborative team environment.

Identify capability gaps and lead initiatives for delivery enablement and continuous improvement.

Candidate Profile

Required Skills :

Youre a perfect fit if you have been practising below for greater then 4years : Communication magic : Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to engage clients and explain complex concepts clearly. Process prowess : Ability to analyse re-engineer and optimize business workflows. Problem-solving superpower : A knack for identifying and resolving roadblocks delivering effective solutions. Agile mindset : Adaptability and eagerness to learn new technologies. Zoho expertise : Deep understanding of Zoho CRM Zoho Books Zoho Desk Zoho People and other core applications. Technical chops : Experience with data migration integrations and customization. Team player spirit : Ability to collaborate effectively in a dynamic environment. Tech Prowess Required : A Zoho whiz : Implementing customising and managing CRM Desk Books People Creator and more. A scripting master : Writing custom Deluge functions and wielding JavaScript with ease. An automation architect : Flowcharts like Miro LucidChart are your canvas. A problem-solver extraordinaire : Fixing bugs navigating APIs and resolving any Zoho hurdle.
