A leading law firm is seeking an Associate with 3-4 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) for its Equity Capital Markets team in Mumbai . The role involves working on initial public offerings (IPOs), rights issues, qualified institutional placements (QIPs), preferential allotments, and private placements for both domestic and international clients.

Key Responsibilities :

• Drafting and reviewing transaction documents, including offer documents, prospectuses, placement documents, and shareholder communications .
• Advising on compliance with SEBI regulations, LODR, Companies Act, and other capital market regulations .
• Coordinating with regulatory bodies such as SEBI, stock exchanges, and depositories .
• Conducting legal due diligence for capital market transactions.
• Assisting in cross-border equity offerings and regulatory filings.
