What role will you play ?

• In this role, you will oversee the operational support, system stability, and continuous improvement of Pega solutions that drive People & Culture processes.
• Leveraging your Pega expertise and software engineering skills, you will tackle complex technical challenges while contributing to solution architecture and strategic delivery.
• Your leadership will ensure operational excellence and effective stakeholder management in a fast-paced environment.
