Senior Automation Testing

Key Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, and maintain robust automation test scripts using Java and Selenium.
• Perform manual, functional, regression, integration, and system testing to validate new features and enhancements.
• Analyze, track, and report defects, coordinating with the development team for timely closure.
• Develop and enhance automation frameworks and ensure smooth execution of automated test suites.
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and QA leads to maintain quality standards throughout the SDLC.
• Participate actively in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes, methodologies, and automation strategies.
• Work with CI / CD tools such as Maven, Git / SVN, Jenkins, and JIRA for seamless integration and delivery.
• Mentor junior QA team members and manage testing deliverables independently.
