Strategic Planning and Campaign Management :
Strategy Development & Execution : Take ownership of developing, implementing, managing, monitoring, and continuously improvising social media strategy and campaign management across all relevant platforms (minimum 7+ years of experience required).Performance Marketing Expertise : Possess a proven track record in handling paid ad campaigns across major platforms, including Meta (Facebook + Instagram), X (formerly Twitter), Google Ads (Social extensions), and LinkedIn Ads, focusing on B2B lead generation and high-ROI performance marketing.KPI Definition and Measurement : Demonstrate the ability to define the most important social media KPIs relevant to specific client goals (e.g., CPA, CPL, ROAS, Engagement Rate) and rigorously measure the success of every social media campaign.Audience Segmentation : Apply a strong understanding of performance marketing, audience segmentation, and retargeting techniques to ensure optimal ad spend efficiency and highly relevant content delivery to target buyer personas.Market Research & Innovation : Perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences, staying up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies to maintain a competitive edge.Brand Building and Content Governance :
