The role is with a leading Health Insurance Company.

About the Role

The Incumbent will be responsible for enhancing business performance by driving Training and Quality Projects. Cater to the sales training requirements and Quality Interventions by supporting call centres, sales employees, and the persistency team, along with partners. This would also involve collaborating with the sales team to meet the joint business goals of recruitment, activation, and productivity.

Responsibilities

  • The role involves overseeing Sales Training and Quality Projects / BAU Portfolio through various TnQ programs and direct interventions.
  • The incumbent will be responsible for coordinating with various stakeholders Internal team (within the team and Sales employees,) and the external team (Call centres, partners, and brokers) to ensure alignment and collaboration on training and quality initiatives.
  • Analysing the best practices that are driving the business, as well as identifying the gaps where improvement is required.
  • Suggesting initiatives to enhance the business, implement the same and monitor post-implementation effects of initiatives.
  • It requires understanding of all ongoing campaigns on products, processes, and scripts incumbent must showcase Go-To-Market approaches during implementing the initiatives.
  • The job involves driving exclusive productivity enhancement projects across TeleMarketing (TM) and Renewal channel, focusing on key performance drivers.
  • Regularly providing timely reporting through weekly and monthly business reviews and conducting audits with all stakeholders to monitor progress on productivity projects.
  • This role requires a deep dive into various audit measures to maintain quality hygiene across TM and Renewals channels, ensuring a continuous learning curve at different organisational levels.
  • Conducting Training Need Analysis aligned with the TSR Competency across TM and Renewal Channels is essential to prioritize and facilitate skill development.
  • Managing grievances with effective solutions using a proactive and preventive methodology is a key aspect of this role.
  • Maintaining comprehensive record-keeping of data is a crucial part of the job.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 to 5 years of Training and Quality experience preferably from General and Health Insurance sector with excellent performance track records.
  • Required Skills

  • Has optimum knowledge on the other competition products available in the market.
  • Handled Telemarketing, Broad Market and Affinity Campaigns in the past and is an expert at Soft Skills and Telephone Etiquette.
  • Excellent Communication skills in English and Hindi.
  • Excellent in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Expertise in selling insurance as a concept and not as a product.
  • Team leading and Team bonding skills.
  • Fit and capable enough to join the team to ensure the AOP Numbers are met right from day one in the qualitative way.
