Headquartered in Chennai, we currently operate 3 units across Tamil Nadu and Andhra Pradesh, and are now planning to expand with new centers to reach and serve more smiling families.

Role Description :

Candidates should have a minimum of 2–3 years of relevant experience. Preference will be given to those with experience in gynecology or infertility services.

• Oversee day-to-day operations of OPD, IP, pharmacy, nursing, and support departments.
• Ensure smooth coordination between doctors, embryologists, nurses, counsellors, and front office.
• Manage patient appointments, counselling flow, scanning schedules, procedures, and discharge process.
• Manage OP and IP billing including credit discharges.
• Handle escalations and ensure high patient satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records : consent forms, OT notes, lab logs, patient files, and statutory registers.
• Manage AMC / CMC documentation, stock maintenance and checking reordering levels.
• Manage staff scheduling, attendance, performance monitoring, and training needs.
• Coordinate with marketing teams for camps, referral doctors, awareness programs, and patient education.
• Ensure proper counselling on treatment plans, financials, IVF protocols, and timelines by relevant teams.

The ideal candidate should have a minimum of a bachelor’s degree, and a management-related postgraduate qualification will be preferred.
