Chartered Accountant

Job Title : Chartered Accountant Location : Bengaluru, Kerala

Employment Type : Full-time

Key Responsibilities :

Coordinate with the Partner for work allocation, progress tracking, and timely completion of deliverables.

Manage client relationships, ensuring clear communication, satisfaction, and adherence to agreed timelines.

Provide guidance and training to junior team members to ensure continuous learning and skill enhancement.

Act as a bridge between the senior team and the Partner to ensure smooth workflow and quality delivery.

Monitor and ensure achievement of targets and Key Result Areas (KRAs) across assigned mandates.

Qualifications :

Chartered Accountant (Member of ICAI).

Experience :

Post-qualification experience in a similar setup is preferred (experience other than articleship will be considered).

ICAI Compliance :

The selected candidate will be registered as a Paid Assistant with the firm as per ICAI regulations and norms.

Compensation :

Salary as per industry standards, with additional performance-based variable incentives.
