Technical Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking a high-impact Technical Talent Acquisition Specialist to drive hiring for critical engineering roles across the organisation. This role is ideal for someone who has 2–3 years of hands-on experience in technical hiring , preferably from a top-tier recruitment consulting firm , and is looking to grow in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end recruitment for technical roles : backend engineers, DevOps, SDEs, data engineers, and more
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, sourcing strategy, and interview process
- Source candidates via , job boards, referrals
- Drive the recruitment funnel – from screening, coordination, stakeholder updates, to offer closure
- Ensure a world-class candidate experience and high offer-to-join ratio
Requirements
2–3 years of core technical recruitment experience is mandatoryPrior experience working as a Tech Recruitment Consultant at a reputed firm or as an in-house tech recruiterStrong track record in hiring for all engineering rolesFamiliarity with fast-paced hiring, especially in fintech or product-led startupsExcellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skillsProficiency in using Recruiter, and Boolean search techniquesEducational Background
Must Have : B.Tech or MBA from Tier 1 institutes (IIMs, XLRI, MDI, SPJIMR, FMS, IITs, NITs, etc.)
