Role Overview

Design, build, and operationalize agentic AI systems for enterprise, healthcare-focused applications using LangChain, LangGraph , and multi-agent architectures. Build autonomous agents for decision-support, RAG workflows, and intelligent orchestration in regulated environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect autonomous AI agents using LangChain / LangGraph / AutoGen .
• Build multi-agent workflows for data retrieval, task automation, and reasoning.
• Develop RAG pipelines with vector DBs (Pinecone, FAISS) and prompt chaining.
• Integrate LLMs for generative tasks : fine-tuning, guardrails, memory systems.
• Build Python-based microservices / APIs for agent interactions and inference.
• Deploy via Docker / Podman and cloud-native infrastructure.
• Implement telemetry, observability, governance (model eval, bias testing, safety).
• Collaborate with Data Science, MLOps, and Product teams.
• Ensure compliance with enterprise AI governance (security, data governance).

Required Skills

Python, agentic AI frameworks, vector DBs, RAG, LLMs, embeddings, prompt engineering, memory systems, containerization, cloud deployment, observability, AI governance, strong problem-solving & communication.

Experience :

7+ years (3+ yrs AI / ML, 1+ yr Agentic AI)

Preferred

Healthcare / regulated industry (HIPAA, PHI), AI safety, bias mitigation, LLM fine-tuning (quantization, distillation), MLOps (MLFlow, W&B).
