Job Tittle : Senior SAP SuccessFactors Consultant – HR & Payroll (Remote)

Experience : 10+ years

Location : Remote

Employment Type : Full-time

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end implementations of SAP SuccessFactors modules, especially Employee Central and Payroll.
  • Configure and optimize Payroll schemas, wage types, and payroll catalogues for global and localized requirements (e.g., Kuwait, Bahrain, etc.).
  • Manage data migration, testing, training, and post-go-live support.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Basis, Security, and Integration teams.
  • Handle year-end activities, legal changes, and support pack implementations.
  • Conduct client workshops, gather requirements, and provide strategic HRIS solutions.

Required Skills

  • Deep expertise in SAP HCM Payroll and SuccessFactors Employee Central.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Payroll configuration (Gross to Net), DME / BCM, and HR Posting.
  • Familiarity with PA / OM / Time / Interfaces is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote, multicultural environment.

    • Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with international payroll localization (e.g., Middle East, Africa).
  • SAP Certification in SuccessFactors modules.
  • Exposure to ITIL-based support models.
