Job Title : ServiceNow Developer (Remote)

Location : Remote

Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ServiceNow Developer to join our remote team. The ideal candidate should have 8+ years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions across various modules. You will play a key role in driving digital transformation initiatives and ensuring platform scalability and performance.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Design and develop ServiceNow applications and modules including ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, and custom applications.
  • Implement workflows, business rules, UI policies, client scripts, and integrations.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Perform platform upgrades, patching, and performance tuning.
  • Develop and maintain REST / SOAP integrations with external systems.
  • Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices and coding standards.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ServiceNow functionality and performance.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

  • 8+ years of experience in ServiceNow development and administration.
  • Strong expertise in ServiceNow modules : ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, HRSD, CSM, etc.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, HTML, CSS, and AngularJS.
  • Experience with ServiceNow integrations using REST, SOAP, and MID Server.
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Application Developer (CAD) preferred.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

    • Preferred Qualifications :

  • Experience with ServiceNow GRC, SecOps, or App Engine Studio.
  • Knowledge of Agile / Scrum methodologies.
  • Familiarity with DevOps tools and CI / CD pipelines.
