Position Title : Senior Engineer Infrastructure

Job Description :

Roles & responsibilities :

Drive the design, development, and optimization of ITSM solutions using ServiceNow

Work closely with ServiceNow functional team to build requested items and tasks using workflows to manage processes from the customer to the fulfillment teams.

Design and Develop systems integrations and process automation

Working closely with ServiceNow functional team, configure and improve core and custom applications.

Mentor Junior developers and serve as escalation to resolve support issues within ServiceNow.

Participate in code and configuration reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and maintain high code quality.

Monitor health, usage and overall compliance of ServiceNow and its applications.

Create and configure Business Rules, UI Policies, UI Actions, Client Scripts and ACLs including advanced scripting of each.

Create and configure Notifications, UI pages, UI Macros, Script Includes, Formatters, etc. in ServiceNow

Load, manipulate and maintain data between Service-now and other systems

Create ServiceNow reports and dashboards

Flexibility to work with a variety of personalities and styles

Skills Required :

Bachelors degree in computer science or related technical field or 3+ years of related experience

ServiceNow System Administrator Certification

5+ years ServiceNow administration in an enterprise environment.

Must be technically savvy and able to design and build applications that meet business goals and objectives

Proven experience implementing and customizing a web architected, n-tiered enterprise application

Experience with Service Oriented architecture and web services integration (SOAP, WSDL, REST)

Experience with JavaScript, XML, HTML, Angular JS

Familiar with LDAP, MS Active Directory, ADFS

Demonstrated skills in data management, solving problems and able to work collaboratively within a team or independently.

Strong oral and written communication skills.
