About the Role

As Sales Manager , you’ll lead the charge in shaping and executing the company’s sales strategy. Key Responsibilities :

Track and report on sales performance, KPIs, and forecasting

What We’re Looking For :

Proven experience in a sales leadership role, ideally within financial services or call centre environments

Demonstrated success in building and leading high-achieving sales teams

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

Strategic mindset with a hands-on, data-driven approach

Proficiency with CRM platforms and sales analytics tools
