What you’ll do

• Lead and build : Design, develop, and maintain secure, cloud-native applications using Java, Spring Boot, and microservices architecture on AWS or Azure.
• Drive DevOps excellence : Implement robust unit testing, modern DevOps practices, and efficient CI / CD pipelines for rapid, reliable software delivery.
• Architect at scale : Engineer solutions integrating RDBMS / NoSQL databases to maintain performance and security at a global scale.
• Innovate and partner : Work closely with product managers, UI / UX, QA, and fellow engineers—translating customer needs into user-focused, agile deliverables.
• Mentor and inspire : Share your knowledge through leading by example, code reviews, and supporting the growth of junior engineers.
• Champion best practices : Help evolve our engineering standards and encourage a culture of continuous improvement, learning, and teamwork.
• Advise and shape : Guide the adoption of new technologies around identity management, cloud security, and DevOps toolchains.
