As a Tech Lead – PowerBuilder, you will lead technical initiatives, resolve critical product issues, and ensure seamless support for customers. You will play a pivotal role in identifying, analyzing, and solving technical problems, providing feedback to product development, and contributing to both customer satisfaction and internal process improvements.
Key Responsibilities :
Independently identify, isolate, and resolve product problems or bugs.Research and address technical issues, including mission-critical support requests.Provide customer and support feedback to product development regarding product features and supportability.Resolve escalated technical issues and manage customer concerns as needed.Participate in group projects and propose solutions for internal process issues.Document customer software problems and general problem resolution information.Collaborate effectively with team members and other stakeholders to ensure project success.Preferred Candidate Profile :
Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Tech Lead in PowerBuilder.Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.Ability to work independently and manage escalated technical issues.Good communication and teamwork skills.Experience in documenting technical problems and solutions clearly.Skills Required
